How to Become a Member
1. Fill out the application form and upload supporting documents.
2. Once membership is approved, pay the fee under the relevant category and slab as per the table.
3. Membership benefits are activated from the date of payment received

The annual membership fee is 0.1% of the
FY 2024-25 consolidated yearly revenue,
subject to:
• Minimum fee ₹50,000 and maximum fee
₹12,00,000.
• For members operating as BCs/DMTs, the
maximum fee is ₹3,00,000
• For FinTech start-ups at the pre-revenue
stage, the membership fee is ₹10,000. |

technological solutions for delivering
financial products and services to businesses
and consumers or encompass regulatory and
supervisory compliance in partnership with
traditional financial institutions or otherwise.
Examples include companies operating
across domains, both as providers and
enablers, such as LSP, NBFC P2P, NBFC AA,
Reg-Tech, SaaS, Marketplace, etc. |

Note: The FACE Board approves the annual membership fee structure for the financial year. Members pay a pro-rated fee in advance for the year at the time of joining and pay annually for renewal at the beginning of the financial year and GST as applicable
